Charles Volk (Appellant) appeals from the order entered March 25, 2015, dismissing his petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA).1 After careful review, we affirm.

The certified record reveals the following facts relevant to this appeal. On March 19, 2009, following a jury trial, Appellant was convicted of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person (REAP). On that date, the Honorable Joseph K.
