It is doubtful whether there are sufficient facts disclosed by the case and exceptions, as presented to us, to raise the question whether the courts below erred in deciding that the land in dispute was not included in or covered by the description in the deed from Yielding and wife to the Buffalo, Corning and New York Railroad Company, above referred to, and under which the plaintiff claimed title.
