Defendant, Fernando J. Villalobos, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon a Jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree felony murder. We affirm.

Owing $5000 to his supplier, drug dealer Leroy Deschawn Bachicha devised a plan to "rip-off" the vietim by selling him ten pounds of fake marijuana. Bachicha was nineteen, the victim eighteen, years old.
