Presently before the Court is the Plaintiffs Motion to Remand. For the reasons stated below, the Plaintiffs Motion will be denied.

I. Background

The Plaintiff filed suit against the De- ■ fendants in the Circuit Court of Mississippi County, Arkansas on July 23, 2003. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants are liable for injuries sustained when Plaintiff fell from an 8 foot Louisville Ladder stepladder on July 24, 2000.
