ALLEN, District Judge.

Appellant, Universal Ambulance Service, Inc., operates a private ambulance service and employs appellees, Dennis Benson, Michael Clarey, John Zimmer, William Rid-dock, Obrad Zivojnovity, and Patrick Clayton, as drivers, attendants and dispatchers. Appellees are paid a straight salary for a seventy-two hour work week, divided into three twenty-four hour shifts.
