STURGIS, J. —
This is an appeal from the order of the trial conrt granting defendant a new trial in an injunction suit brought by plaintiffs to restrain defendant from obstructing an alley or driveway. After *398granting the decree of injunction, the court sustained a motion for new trial on specified ground of “newly discovered evidence bearing on said cause” and plaintiffs have appealed.
The plaintiff Murray and defendant Love are adjacent lot owners in Springfield, Missouri. The driveway in controversy, about twelve feet wide, is between their respective properties, and serves as a means of…
