Isadora T. Canida, administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of Herman Topf, deceased, filed her final report in said estate as such administratrix and notice of the filing thereof was served personally upon the administrator of the estate of Wilhelmina Topf, deceased (wife of Herman Topf, deceased) and also upon each of the appellants, advising them of the date set for the hearing of the report.
