1Opinion of the Court

—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunlop, J.), rendered January 4, 1993, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and harassment, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Rosenzweig, J.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence.
