In this attorney discipline case the respondent, Virgil Donovan Dohe, was charged with two counts of professional misconduct in connection with his representation of Danny R. Tillman commencing in 1986 and his representation of Marguerite Stover in 1987. A hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee unanimously recommended that the respondent be disbarred for his misconduct in representing those two clients and that prior to being readmitted he pay certain sums to them.
