The Defendants-Appellants appeal from the district court’s October 2007 order granting the Plaintiff-Appellee’s motion for an injunction requiring Defendants-Appellants to convey documents to Plaintiff-Appellee in accordance with the parties’ contract and denying Defendants-Appellants’ cross-motion for an order of rescission.
