I write separately to comment on the court’s order for restitution to a client injured by an attorney’s violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility. I do not write to object to restitution. I recognize the advantages *484of this court’s providing for restitution to a wronged client as part of an attorney disciplinary proceeding brought by the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility. When the court orders restitution in a disciplinary hearing, the client may be spared the expense and delays involved in initiating a separate civil proceeding against the attorney.1
