The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which stayed a sale of the property forfeited to the Commonwealth to allow its seventy-two year old owner, who had been convicted of the drug-related criminal charges underlying the forfeiture, to continue to reside at the property.
