Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Wallach, J.), entered February 3, 1981, appointing a guardian ad litem for the infant respondents, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, the natural father’s notice of appearance reinstated and the appointment of a guardian ad litem vacated. The record discloses that the father has no interest adverse to those of the infants in either of the two trusts as to which this intermediate accounting proceeding is brought.
