McMILLIAN, Judge.

Appellant Harry 0. Stahlberg appeals from a judgment entered in the circuit court of St. Louis County in favor of respondent, The Travelers Indemnity Company. For reversal appellant argues the trial court erred in (1) construing “total loss” to mean actual total physical loss, (2) finding respondent was only liable for partial loss, and (3) finding the terms of the insurance policy to be controlling and the valued policy statute inapplicable.
