Introduction
The debtor once owned and operated a grocery store, then sold it to a related party. Later, the debtor filed for relief under Chapter 7. The trustee filed this adversary proceeding to avoid certain pre-petition transfers made by the debtor. Some of the transfers that the trustee *831seeks to avoid consist of cash transfers made while the debtor was still operating the grocery store.
