(JOHNSON, District Judge).
This was an application to-quash an execution issued on a judgment obtained by the United States against John Drennen and Elias Rector, administrators of Wharton Rector, deceased, in the district, court of Arkansas, on the 22d of October, 1844, and also to quash and set aside all the proceedings under the execution.
