Charles E. Clyburn and Samuel T. Scott were charged in a seven count indictment with assorted violations of federal drug laws. 1 This matter is before the court on the motion of the defendants to suppress evidence on the grounds that such evidence was seized pursuant to an illegal search and seizure in violation of both the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article 1 § 10 of the South Carolina Constitution.
