GOLDEN, Justice.

After signing a consent to adoption and relinquishment of child custody, the minor natural father (Father) immediately notified Appellee Wyoming Children's Society (WCS) of his intent to revoke his consent. Father's mother, on behalf of her son and the baby (collectively, Petitioners), began judicial proceedings to revoke Father's consent and relinquishment and obtain custody of his newborn son, Baby X.
