Defendant General Tire, Inc. appeals the District Court’s denial of its motions for judgment as a matter of law, a new trial, and remittitur following a jury verdict in this diversity action awarding plaintiff Firwood Manufacturing Company, Inc. $187,513 in resale damages and $100,476 in interest in this breach of contract dispute.
