In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant City of Glen Cove appeals from so much of (1) an order of *511the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCaffrey, J.), dated October 22, 1999, as denied that branch of the motion of the defendants City of Glen Cove and the Glen Cove Community Development Agency which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against it, and (2) an order of the same court, dated February 10, 2000, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
