On July 13, 1955, the State of Alabama on the relation of John Patterson, as Attorney General, filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Montgomery County, in equity, against Anniston Personal Loans, Inc., an Alabama corporation, Anniston Personal Loans, Inc., doing business as Home Finance Company in Montgomery, and L. G.
