This matter comes before this court upon an appeal from an order of final distribution. At the time the order was made, Anna Dahlman, appellant in her own right, requested that the court embody in it a statement that it was made without prejudice to her rights under the provisions of the Civil Code relating to dower, and her right of election in lieu thereof under Section 236 of that Code.
