This is an appeal from a decree overruling separate demurrers of the various appellants to a bill of complaint in which they are defendants, and is for the purpose of settling the principles of the case.

The case set forth in the bill is substantially as follows : Prank B. Houston died in Cook county, Ill., while a citizen thereof, seized and possessed of a large amount of property, a part of which is situated in this state.
