This matter came before the Court on August 22, 2001, on First Merit, N.A.’s, (the “Bank’s”) Motion For Reconsideration or Rehearing Pursuant to Rule 9023 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, filed July 5, 2001, and the Bank’s Motion for Relief from Judgment, also filed on July 5, 2001.
