This matter comes before the court on the Chapter 7 Debtor's (hereinafter "Ms. Hopson," "Debtor," or "Plaintiff") adversary proceeding against the Illinois Student Assistance Commission ("ISAC") and the United States Department of Education ("DOE") seeking discharge of her student loans pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
