HULEN, District Judge.
The Government is condemning a right-of-way for a power line. The right-of-way ■crosses many farms, necessitating various lengths of right-of-way over each. Rule 71A of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., authorizing appointment of a commission to determine the compensation due landowners, has been the procedure followed thus far. The same commission acted in each case. The commis*619sion has held hearings, viewed the premises, and made its report. The Government has filed objections to the award of the commission.
