OPINION
VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:
Duane J. Dwyer (Dwyer) appeals from a judgment in favor of the bankruptcy trustee, preventing his avoidance of (i) his pre-petition conveyances of realty to the debtor and (ii) the ratification of a subsequent state court settlement, confirming the debt- or's entitlement to the properties.
