This is an action, brought under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) denying plaintiff’s claim for disabled adult child benefits. On March 27, 1974, plaintiff filed an application for disability benefits, alleging that he became unable to work on February 14, 1974 when he was thirty four years old.
