CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is robbery; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for five years.

According to the testimony of the State, the robbery occurred January 14, 1936, at 6 a. m. G. F. Geyer testified that, on the date mentioned two masked men came into his place of business and took from his possession approximately three hundred dollars.
