CLARY, District Judge.

This is an application by defendant George Charles Guzzi for relief from a sentence of Four (4) Years imprisonment imposed upon him as a probation violator on March 7, 1958. The defendant had been indicted on November 25, 1952, under the above criminal number for transporting a stolen motor vehicle in interstate commerce from Boston in the State of Massachusetts to the State of Pennsylvania. The indictment was returned to the Court on November 28, 1952, and on the 8th day of April, 1953, upon his plea of guilty, defendant was sentenced to a period of Four (4) Years…
