On the 19th of December, 1930, the deceased, Mallié Nettles, was killed. The conviction of the appellant for the murder of Nettles was concluded on the 10th day of August, 1931. The statement of facts was signed on the 6th day of November, 1931. It is in question and answer form, and contains 283 pages of typewritten matter.
