Plaintiff, operator of a motorcycle which collided with an automobile driven by defendant, appeals from an adverse judgment based on a jury verdict in a suit for personal injuries.

The locale of the collision was the junction of West Eighth street and Whitney Road near the west edge of Junction City, Kansas. The two streets join at what may be described as a “Y” shaped intersection.
