Defendant (Appellant) was charged and convicted of the commission of a felony (robbery) while armed 1 and of inflicting injury in the commission of a robbery. 2 Trial was by jury, and he was sentenced to consecutive terms of ten (10) years imprisonment and life imprisonment.
