Debtor Patricia Louise Tucker filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case on April 28, 2010. Thereafter, Aurora Loan Services, LLC, filed a Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay with regard to the Debtor’s residence. The Debtor does not oppose the motion, but the Chapter 7 Trustee has challenged the movant’s standing to seek relief from the stay.
