LAVENDER, Justice.
The claimant herein filed in the State Industrial Court of this state a claim against McAlester Sand & Gravel Company and its insurance carrier for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of this state for an accidental personal injury to his back received in this state, and on the theory that he was a “physically impaired person,” as defined in 85 O.S.1961, § 171, named the Special Indemnity Fund as an additional respondent.
