— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant Bernard Gross appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated December 19, 1989, as, upon renewal, adhered to its determination contained in a prior order dated November 29, 1989, denying his motion to *227change the venue of the action from Kings County to Nassau County.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is directed to deliver to the Clerk of the…
