Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Doran, J.), entered September 2, 1988 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff’s motion to confirm an order of attachment.

Defendant All Advantages Limousine Service, Inc. (hereinafter All Advantages), located in the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, entered into a Mastercard/Visa merchant agreement with plaintiff on April 2, 1986 whereby plaintiff would process credit card slips transacted by All Advantages.
