ORDER DENYING PLAN CONFIRMATION

This case came before the Court for confirmation of the Debtor’s Third Amend ed Chapter 13 Plan (docket # 39). Following an evidentiary hearing, the Court took the matter under advisement. The Court is now prepared to rule, and hereby finds and concludes as follows.
