HINES, Justice.
This Court granted Robert Gainous Wright’s application for a certificate of probable cause to appeal the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Finding no error, we affirm.
In January of 1990, a Carroll County grand jury returned a true bill of indictment against Wright charging him, and others, with malice murder, felony murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, and theft by taking.
