WORKMAN, Justice:

James Beine was discharged as a junior high school counselor by the Cabell County Board of Education (“Board”) and filed suit in Cabell County Circuit Court alleging breach of contract, religious discrimination, outrageous and intentional conduct, false and misleading statements, denial of due process, and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. A jury was empanelled and evidence taken.
