LATTIMORE, Justice.

We had not originally intended to make an extended discussion of this appeal, but the earnest motion for rehearing has convinced us that we should withdraw our original opinion.

Appellee, by her original petition filed in 1932, alleged her ownership of an oil lease and that appellant unlawfully assigned an interest therein to the Continental Supply Company and prayed for removal of cloud from title.
