Plaintiffs filed this Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) lawsuit as a collective action for unpaid overtime wages against Defendants General Electric Company, GE Oil & Gas, Inc., GE Oil & Gas Logging Services, Inc., and GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control, LP (jointly GE) on February 15, 2016. D.E. 1. Plaintiffs also assert a class action for declaratory judgment on behalf of all workers who had signed certain agreements releasing GE from FLSA claims, seeking to render those agreements unenforceable.
