By petition for bill of review, Ann Fernandez, appellant, directly attacked a declaratory judgment rendered in 1949. Frost National Bank, Former Executor of the Estate of Ellena Suess Kenedy, Deceased, and Frost National Bank and Pablo Suess, Trustees of the John G. Kenedy Jr. Charitable Trust (collectively referred to as the “Trustees”), appellees, moved for summary judgment and an anti-suit injunction.
