Reversing.

Charging that her death was dne to malpractice, Eobert Barnett, as administrator of Florence Barnett, deceased, brought this action against Doctor Leslie Brand to recover damages. From a verdict, and judgment in favor of the defendant plaintiff appeals.

Briefly stated, the facts'are these: Mrs. Barnett-had been an invalid and a great sufferer for many years.' In her efforts to alleviate her suffering she became addicted to morphine! In the spring of 1911, the defendant was called into the case by Mrs. Barnett’s family…
