This appeal concerns the extent and priority of insurance coverage for products liability claims under primary, umbrella and excess *440general liability insurance policies issued to Gaston County Dyeing Machine Company (hereinafter “Gaston”) and Rosenmund, Inc. (hereinafter “Rosenmund”).
