On writ of error we review judgment of conviction under an information in two counts, as follows':

“In The Name And By Authority of The State of Florida L. D. Howell, County Solicitor for the County of Duval, prosecuting for the State of Florida in the said county under oath, information makes that Willie Pittman of the County of Duval and State of Florida, on the twentyr third day of January, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-seven, in the County and State aforesaid: did then and there unlawfully have in his possession certain lottery tickets, to-wit: said lottery…
