Based on acts committed against his ten-year-old stepdaughter, A. S., Clifford Duncan was convicted of child molestation (Counts 1, 5, and 6), enticing a child for indecent purposes (Count 2), attempted aggravated child molestation (Count 3), and attempted aggravated sodomy (Count 4). For sentencing purposes, the trial court merged Counts 1, 3, and 4 with Count 2 and imposed 20-year sentences on Counts 2 and 5, to be served concurrently, and 20 years on probation on Count 6.
