OPINION

By BENNETT, J.

The plaintiff, as Trustee, was named beneficiary in a life insurance policy upon the fife of Frank C. Cook. The defendant company has already paid the beneficiary the $10,000 face amount of the policy upon the death of Mr. Cook, but refused to pay an additional $10,000 which the plaintiff claims is due under -the terms of a rider which provided for payment of that amount in the event that death occurred through accident.
