MEMORANDUM OPINION

M. HANNAH LAUCK, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter came before the Court for trial on August 31, 2009. Defendant is charged with traveling 62 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone on April 3, 2009 (Violation No. 2117788). 1 At trial, the United States moved to admit into evidence certificates verifying the accuracy of the tuning forks used to calibrate the radar that detected Defendant’s speed.
