The only issue remaining for us to decide in resolving the Debtor’s Objections to a statement of arrearages of her Mortgagee in the instant Chapter 13 bankruptcy case is whether the Mortgagee is entitled to recover, as part of the “foreclosure costs and fees” incurred in pre-petition foreclosure litigation, $156.00 for the cost of preparation of a title report.
